Hi! I'm Hannah.

A body-focused practitioner specializing in mind-body discovery. What I've learned through mind-body practices like yoga, breath, and self-study have changed my life. Yoga challenges me physically, mentally and emotionally on and off the mat. On my mat I learned to be present, take up space and to be still. I want that for you!

My mission is to give you the tools to maintain your mental, physical, and spiritual equilibrium; and help you feel the transformative impact of mind-body connection. Whether you are just starting your wellness journey or you're ready to dive deeper, I am here to help.
