Group Yoga

I teach a flowing style yoga class to allow you to connect breath and movement. This helps you relax your mind and focus on being in your body. My group classes are fun, fluid, alignment-focused and easy to follow for beginners and more advanced yogis.

Level 1 classes are appropriate for those new to yoga or looking to fine tune their alignment. We spend time focusing on the foundations.

Level I/II builds on what we learned in Level 1. This class is most appropriate for continuing levels and those who feel comfortable with poses like Downward Facing Dog, Plank and flowing style movement.

Coaching

Coaching may be for you. Coaching is focused on potential. In coaching, we focus on your end result and how you can take action now. As your coach we partner together to help you learn to implement strategies and create lasting change to achieve your personal best.

Our coaching sessions are structured and short-term, helping you to get clear on achieving your desired outcome.

Therapy in Maryland & DC

Realizing we all have our own story, it's important to offer healing in a safe, nurturing and accessible way. You have the ability and knowledge to make your own choices and decisions. I just help you get out of your own way. We pay careful attention to the mind-body-spirit connection and how each part of you works together. As a licensed social worker in Maryland and DC, I offer therapy through Takoma Therapy.

Receiving one-on-one yoga with me, also helps you give back. With each session, a portion will be donated to Vikara Village®'s scholarship fund.
