With so many yoga studios around, why would I need private yoga classes?
I’m sure you’re asking yourself this very question. And I get it. We’re lucky to live in a bustling metropolitan area where yoga studios and classes abound! That coveted 6 p.m. class everyone is trying to get to, can sometimes have you jammed into the studio like sardines, barely able to forward fold without accidentally grazing the bum of the person in front of you (may or may not be based a true story).
With private yoga, you have the opportunity to focus on YOU! You’re able to meet your unique needs and goals on your time, and at a location comfortable for you. When you’re working with a teacher one-on-one, you have my full attention!

When I work one-on-one with clients, I’m able to cultivate a space that’s tailored to your individual needs. We’re able to dive into the poses you want to focus on to strengthen your body and mind. In addition to working on the physical postures, or asana, I’ll also work with you to take what you’re learning on your mat and help you apply it to real life. I want yoga to work for you!
